Creased Labels Or Label Alignment Issues With Self-Adhesive Labels  

PROBLEM

The build-up of static electricity on the label as it is removed from the silicone release film will result in the label being attracted or repelled when being applied to the container. A label that is attracted will result in creasing, where a label that is repelled will be removed when contacting the wiper pads. 

SOLUTION

Due to limited space at the point of generating static charges, a model 261v2 Flexi Nozzle trickle feeding an ionised air flow across the label as it separates from the release film, will neutralise the charges on the label and container.
